It’s way past time I announced the winners of the Christmas UFO Challenge… but first I want to tell you about a few giveaways that I won at the end of last year! I was so pleasantly surprised that I had won two – they really cheered me up during my busy move.

Friday Night With Friends

Way back in November I was one of the lucky winners of Cheryl’s FNWF. She sent me this lovely little package:

A gorgeous pattern, special FNWF coaster, and lovely note… it’s all going in the suitcase with me to Arabia 🙂 Thank you Cheryll!!!

Deb’s Rustic Quilting

The second giveaway was from Deb arrived in this sweet package:

and was this lovely set of autumn fat quarters:

It also came with a postcard from where Debbie lives – the fish in the picture are carp eating bread thrown by visitors and they also have ducks that walk on the fish!! How cool is that!! I think I may need to add that to one of my “sights to be seen” when I go to visit Pennsylvania one day!

These are also going in my suitcase! Thanks Debbie!!!

Christmas UFO Challenge

So I was thinking I’d pick a name out of the hat and send something up in the post… but then I decided it would be much more fun to give everyone who had their names on my list a little something…. and instead of posting it, I will email it 🙂 After all, I think everyone should get points for even contemplating finishing a couple of UFOs in December – right?! Well done to those who finished some, and those who finished LOTS! I’m going to send you all this little Christmas pattern I designed back in 2010:
