  1. Sounds like you have a goal set and are already accomplishing a lot of it. Good for you! Today, I am working on some Christmas pillow panels that I will make into wall hangings. I’m doing a huge Christmas show in October and need to be able to decorate my booth and will be using them there. I am doing the show with our fireplace lamps hubby and I make and will have quilted runners under them. I’m busy, busy, busy!!! Sounds like you have lots to do too, Joy!

  2. You are making good progress, and I am trying to finish things for our exhibition during free weekends. Another Mystery retreat to cook and plan for next weekend, as well as a special visitor during the week. It’s all good.

    1. Nice job! I LOVE crossing things off my list. As a matter of fact, I’ll be doing just that in about 10 minutes!! Yippee!! So your ‘retreat’ is going well?

  3. Way to go with the finishes! I think I am making more ufos than I am finishing! I keep finding more all the time (especially since I have decided to stay put and I am slowly bringing things back in from the shed!)

  4. Well done. I’m trying to catch up, but don’t think I’m doing as well as you, though I’ve just put 3 tiny ones on the end of the backing for the mystery case quilt, so maybe I can get a few done this month. Hope you get plenty more ticked off that list. Take care.

  5. Your shorter to-do list is looking good and your done list is looking even better!! Lovely finishes – how good to get those projects done that have been sitting waiting for their finishing stitches 🙂

  6. Wow! You are really cookin’ and putting me to shame! I’d better get off the computer and over to the sewing machine.

    1. Hi Joy, Congrats on the progress with your UFO’s this month, The little Wall Hanging is my favourite. And Congrats to Beth on her lovely Butterfly embroidery, I betcha loads of people download that freebie!!!!!! Spotlight had 30% off storewide last week so I decided to go grab some acrylic yarn. There was plenty of stock so I headed over to the fabric department first, not intending to buy anything, just for a browse, you know how it is!!!!!!! I headed for the ‘bargains’ table and spotted two upholstery fabrics I just had to have. Then I spotted some (cat themed) heavy weight cotton, Yep, gotta have some of that. $100 later I marched triumphantly out of the store with two bags of fabric. Half way home I realised I hadn’t bought any yarn. Doh!!!!!!!.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a comment! I will reply via email as soon as I can!
