I’ve shown you pics of the outside and surrounds of our little cottage, but not much of the inside yet. It is pretty small, so a bit hard to take pictures, but I will give it a go anyway 🙂
Imagine you are opening the front door…
As you come in, the bathroom is on the left, and the master bedroom is straight ahead…
When you look to your right, you see these big sliding doors…
And when you open them….
Ta da! It’s the laundry 🙂 And stairs going up to the attic to the other two bedrooms!
Not sure if they are stairs or a ladder… here they are looking down:
Very steep! So far so good… no one has tumbled down 🙂
Next up is the main living area which has a lounge suite..
Lovely Dutch tiles on the wall:
Little table to eat at… or put our computer and tablets on!
It’s all very cute and cozy…..
I took a few close ups of the jar so I can make something like it:
Not sure which stitch it is, anybody know?
I thought the bottom might have all been covered, but it isn’t…
Back to the tour… a tiny tv 🙂 My 4 year old cousin (once removed) was quite taken by it!
And the kitchen… we’ve all been cooking for ourselves and taking turns doing dishes 🙂
And I’ve been making lots of pots of tea!
So that gives you a bit of an idea of what our little cottage looks like on the inside! I tried taking pics of our bedrooms upstairs but the lighting is no good… they are just little bedrooms with a bed in each and a window at the end of the room. So we’ve all been able to have our own rooms, which has been lovely.
I will finish this post with a few fun pics of myself and my youngest cousin Judith mucking around on snapchat at the party….
I think I look good with long eyelashes… don’t you?! 😛
Next post will be from a different country…. guess where?
