  1. You are doing great on both. Congratulations on getting back into the groove. Sometimes that’s all we need.

  2. There must be something in the air because I hauled out my hexxie UFO project this week and spent far too much time perusing the internet for ideas of what to do with it. End result is that I’m frogging what I’ve already sewn together in favour of a whole ‘nother layout entirely. I’m trying to cobble together three different quilt ideas into one and who knows what will happen. If it doesn’t work out the pieces will be heading to the local quilt guild for someone else to agonize over. Life’s too short to spend doing something that’s causing nothing but angst. Give me a landscape any day!!!

  3. Looking forward to seeing your progress. At least the first oopsie has all the same partners with same background. Take care & hugs.

  4. Well, I’m making churn dash blocks, and I’m not even IN Chooky’s line. LOL I laughed when you showed the block with two different backgrounds. I do that ALL the time, on purpose – it’s scrap quilting! I don’t care if the backgrounds are all the same pieces, especially when it’s divided into the HST and the rectangle parts. This is my favorite block for leader-enders, and I make dozens of them. The current set is almost done. I like the fabrics in both of your CD sets, and look forward to seeing the lovely finishes.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a comment! I will reply via email as soon as I can!
