On with the next steps in our Spring Mystery Quilt Along!

This is what we have so far:

Let’s get all those bits and pieces sewn together!
Step 1
Find all the following pieces and lay them out in four piles like this, then sew the flying geese onto both sides of the center square:

Press towards the background fabric, then arrange again like this:

Sew the top and bottom units to the middle unit as per the diagram/photo above, to make four of these units (once again pressing towards the background fabric/center square):

Step 2
Take the remaining pieces and lay them out in piles of four like this:

Following the arrows on the diagram/photo above, sew the left and right units together. Press towards the background fabric and then arrange again like this:

Following the arrows on the diagram/photo above, sew the top and bottom units together. Press towards the background fabric/center square, to make four of these units:

And that is it for today!!
Next week we will be adding one more thing and then sewing the blocks together!
