Online Shopping Distraction

Today I am having a home day… staying close to the bathroom… because tomorrow I have my 5-yearly colonoscopy to check that all things are well in that area of my body!
It’s fun and games, but oh well… what can one do?! Maybe a little online shopping? I’m tempted… lol!
If I am going to do some shopping from my favorite online shops, then I want to buy when the specials are on, so during my browsing, I found some fun stuff and decided to share it with you. All the links are affiliate links, which means I get a small commission at no extra cost to you if you purchase through my link. It is a small way in which you can help keep my website going!
The Fat Quarter Shop Specials
Basics of the Month
Each month, The Fat Quarter Shop puts on basic ranges of fabrics that are great to use to mix and match with other fabrics.. this month, the basics are:
These are so pretty… I haven’t come across them before, have you?

This one is perfect for Christmas projects:

I also had a bit of a look at some other Christmas fabric that’s on sale:

On Dasher Petite fat quarters.. so pretty!
Oh, and not fabric, but Christmas…. these labels from Lori Holt!

And for more Christmas gorgeousness (is that a word?) what do you think of this Tilda quilt?!

The pattern is free and you can grab it here.
I must say I’d like to make it, but it would not be done in time for this Christmas..
OH! And I also came across this that I love….

It’s not on sale though… might need to put it on my wish list…
Connecting Threads
Now for some practical shopping, Connecting Threads has 20% off Supeior Threads and Chormium Needles:

Ok, I need to stop browsing and see what ended up in my shopping cart… and I need to go and drink some more of that stuff to clean out my bowels… they have changed the formula and it doesn’t actually taste too bad – so that is a bonus!
I’ll be back tomorrow with Home Matters and hopefully a good result from the hospital! Thanks for joining me on my little shopping spree!

Pretty and seasonal patterns bet you did have fun shopping for your projects you wanted to do
I am curious to know what you put in your cart! LOL You were really getting me in the Christmas mood and by the time I saw that Tilda quilt pattern, I had to go get it. Thanks for putting the link in there. I know I won’t make it this year, but I could make myself a plan for next year in small increments. There are a lot of pieces in it. I hope everything goes well with your test tomorrow.
Oh, those prep days! We share your pain. Haha You found a good way to fill the time. Tilda patterns are always so cute and unexpected. A little holiday shopping is good for the soul, right?
Beautiful selections!
I love that Tilda quilt but I know I’d never have need of it myself. Fun to see all the links to shopping goodies – thank you.
