  2. You can keep your hot temperatures, much as it is freezing here, I think that’s preferable to yours. I would get nothing done, how do they work in it? Any other finished projects??

  3. Hmmm i think you can keep that heat but a little warmth would be nice as it’s rather cold here. Love the Christmas fabrics. Hugs, xx

  4. I am going up there in a few minutes and crank the air on so that it is extra cool. It is 9:30 am here and it is already 93 out there. Must be cool under the pressure of trying to finish a whole bunch of sewing in one day!!!! Where did July go???? I missed it!

    1. It’s hot here, too, but not THAT hot! I would totally melt into a puddle. Cute little baby quilts. Doesn’t it feel good to have them finished? I’m on a quilting blitz again. Three (small ones) finished, and only six more to go!

  5. My goodness, I couldn’t take that! Anything over about 28-30 does me in. It’s freezing here & we’ve had more frosts, I think, this year than we probably had on the other side of town in ten years & my chillblains are playing merry hell with my hands. Just starting to get back into some sort of routine after all our jollies & should be able to post a Finishing Stitches on 31st. Stay cool & take care.

  6. Oh my goodness! You weren’t kidding..that’s HOT! Great excuse to stay indoors and sew definitely. Looking forward to seeing your progress xx

  7. And I hate Brisbane at anything above 25 – the humidity is the killer here. Your SAL will look great in those fabrics.

  8. that is hot! here we are lucky to see 25 and then find I cannot take the heat like I could when younger. Interesting make happening and the baby quilts look good too. Keep cool

  9. Gosh that is hot…. last night coming back from sewing it was 2C …. we should share our weather…. lots of lovely sewing – I’m looking forward to seeing your Christmas blocks as well as the ones you are hosting…
    Hugz

  10. Not speaking Centigrade very well, I googled the Fahrenheit, and I agree…that’s hot! I honestly didn’t know people could live in that kind of heat. Where I grew up in the Philippines, at least we had ocean breezes.

    Sew on!
