  1. Sure do, but then I live in Australia too. 🙂 Love your helper in the basket. And the picture is perfect, the quilt is only upside down because you said so!

    1. Lovely post! I would love to be able to hang my quilts outside. Plus, my sheets. However, my yard is small and I do not have a clothesline. I am vowing to buy a portable clothesline. Your kitty is very sweet, too!

  2. Congratulations on the purple finish – looks great! I used to hang my quilts out to dry because we had a clothesline, but alas not lucky enough to have one of those in the apartment. (btw – didn’t notice the quilt was downside up because I was totally captivated by that sweet face!!)

  3. Love the purple quilt, just gorgeous. Such a cute little helper you have there. I love all my wash to be hung outside not just quilts, nothing beats the fresh smell of wash straight off the line. Hugs,xx

  4. Great to have your purple mystery quilt finished and a nice group of clean quilts also. Yes, I wash and hang on the line always….

    Hugz

  5. Outside for washing is always best, but then of course you know I do that as we live in Oz & I think you even helped me bring mine in one day when it started to rain (giggle). They all look great, even the upside down one? (really). Good finish for the purple one & who is so photogenic? Have a good weekend & take care.

  6. I hang all my laundry on the clothesline at home on the farm. I love to hang laundry and take it off the line smelling so good! Hubby is really good at letting me know if there is rain or dust on the way because it usually hits town before it gets to me…then the race is on to see if I can beat the yuck that’s on the way! Your helper is too cute! Our barn cats are very good about leaving the flapping fabrics alone. Late autumn, winter and early spring sees my dryer in use…I don’t want frozen clothes! I would never have considered that your quilt was upside down – they are all beautiful.

  7. I wish I could hang our linens outside to dry. I love that smell. I hardly noticed the upside-down quilt either, I was mesmerized by those blue eyes in that sweet little face!

  8. Such nice-looking quilts! My quilting buddy was also leash/harness trained. We had to euthanize her a month ago due to end-stage kidney disease. So I am a little lost without my 18-year old kitty.

We are not allowed to hang anything outside – darn association rules in my community.
