  1. Normally, I say chocolate. Most of my friends do, too. Chocolate birds flocking together? LOL, I don’t know, but that’s common in the western US, where my life originated (California) and I spent most of my life (Arizona and Texas), and even here in Tennessee.

I love the addition of the cup! And the heart is just that little touch of goodness. Thanks for this addition. I *will* be making all of these, and mine will have a heart, too. Your candles look fabulous!

  2. Thanks so much for the patterns. You are very talented. I’m in Tennessee too, originally from upstate NY and we say hot chocolate too. Either way, tastes great! Margie

  3. We call it hot chocolate but we make it similar to what your grandmother did. We add the cocoa, 3 spoons of powdered milk, 2 spoons of sugar in the cup. Add a small splash of milk and mix into a paste. Then add boiling hot water. Stir well and top with mini marshmallows. Yummy. We didn’t have the marshmallows but our grandkids do!

  4. Hot chocolate – perfect for the theme! I’ve never been a huge fan of hot chocolate probably because my mother always made it with Nestle’s Qwik which really did taste rather gross. That, and the fact that she was frugal and never used the full amount of powder in the cup so it didn’t have much flavour.
