I’m having a play with my blog and suddenly I’m hearing lots of pings of emails and alerts going out!

Oh, one of them was about Lemonade…. that looks like a nice recipe, so give it a try!
Lemonade refreshers
Lemonade Refreshers are the perfect sweet treat for the summer heat! Made with the freshest lemons and stevia, this refreshment is sure to please and not spike the blood sugar!
- 5 Lemons
- 1 tbsp Stevia in the raw
- 8 cups Water
- Juice 5 lemons into your pitcher of choice
- Add 1 tbsp Stevia and mix well
- Stir in 8 cups of cold water
- Enjoy
Don’t worry about it. I got a little chuckle out of it. Sometimes things happen in this digital world that is beyond our control.

I’m good on emails. Lemonade does sound good since we are having an unusual spring like Feb.
