May ~ Creativity
So last month’s challenge was a write-off for me.. but this month’s will be much easier!!
To do:
Spend at least 20 minutes on a creative activity each day.
Goal:
Explore and express your creativity to enhance your joy.
Instructions:
Dedicate time each day to a creative activity that you enjoy, such as drawing, painting, writing, or crafting.
Reflection:
What creative activities brought you the most joy this month? How did expressing your creativity affect your overall happiness?
I like this challenge.
Maybe we can just make it the challenge for every month for the rest of the year….. 🙂
I also made a tracker for myself (and for you) to try to track daily…
My plan is to do a bit of sewing, drawing, crocheting, and/or stitching every day.

Your embroidery is beautiful! Twenty minutes a day sounds doable, but wow, I waste a lot of time! Hope you are doing well.
I invested in an old-time manual timer for just this idea and also make me work on a project that was feeling like a chore instead of a pleasure. The time seems to fly when I’m being creative and most times I continue after the timer goes off.
I don’t think a day is complete unless I spend time with some sort of creative pursuit. I actually get antsy if I don’t fondle fabrics and threads.
