Melting Moments
Ingredients
- 360 g Butter softened
- 2/3 cup icing sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2/3 cup cornflour
- 2 cups plain flour
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Use cookie press to make cookies, or roll the dough out and use cookie cutters.
- Fill the middle of each cookie with a little bit of strawberry jam.
- Bake in 180C oven for approx 10 min.
