It’s been pretty quiet here on my blog… My main focus has still been on helping DS get his driving license before I go back to the Middle East. We are nearly at 80 out of 120 hours!!! Phew!
Even though I am not driving, I’ve still been getting tired and haven’t felt like doing much sewing. By the time we get back after being out for a few hours each day, and I do all the things that need to be done around the house, I just feel like doing nothing….
I have done a little bit of stitching, however, and I am so excited to show you this stitchery design all finished:
I’d been working on this one for months… well, I think I may have started it last year! I don’t know why it took me so long to finish, but it is done now 🙂
I think it’s pretty cute, don’t you? It is of course one of DD Elizabeth’s designs and is now up for sale on Craftsy… just in case you like it and want to stitch it up too 🙂
I hope you are all doing well and I am sure I will be back into a proper blogging routine soon.. for now I am making the most of my time with the kids…

I did like it! I didn’t read all the post, but went to get the goodness pattern before I forgot, and I saw it there. I bought it and came back to finish the post, and there it is!

Very pretty embroidery piece and congrats at getting it finished!!! And I know what you mean about the driving–years ago when I still drove I had to drive my Dad an hour away for radiation treatments and then an hour back home–took all morning–and I was always tired the rest of the day–we did that for 8 straight weeks!!!
