  2. Both recipes sound really yummy. I would do the breakfast pizza from scratch but I appreciate the idea a lot. Thank you for the scripture guide. I had one something like this years ago and don’t know where it went. Those OUI jars are a really handy size and there are several different kinds of lids available on Amazon. BTW – I keep meaning to tell you and keep forgetting, if you use the polenta to make cornbread, I would advise using a food processor on the flour first to get it a bit finer. Polenta is much courser than cornmeal. This was about the ham and beean soup conversation we had some time back with serving cornbread with the soup.

    1. Ah, I saw the polenta in the cupboard last week and thought – I need to use it! I will put it in the processor first… We don’t have OUI jars here I don’t think, but there are other jars that I could try this with… one day! xx
